    Clinton is Fish'n Good!

Me and Rocco the Bass Dog hit Clinton for a few hours this morning (Sunday 10/17). No big fish but a bunch of nice keepers along with a few 4 lbers. The big Gizzard Shad are finally starting to show up in the back of the cuts and the bigger fish are there with them. All of my fish today (and this whole weekend) bit the little homemade spinnerbait in the pic. The fish are so shallow that they leave a mud swirl in the water when they bite. Tie a little spinnerbait onto 20 lb flouro and go have some fun!!

I'm not quite retired yet, but I only live a few minutes from the boat ramp at Clinton and that allows me a lot of time on the water between tournaments.
