I had my Noco cover modified at Aurora Canvass in Battlefield MO when I put an Ulterra on it. Then modified again when I put 360 on. I don’t know if they can do it without the boat there but you could give them a call.
They aren’t cheap but they do good work.
Never had one modified but i had Aurora make one for my procraft and it was great.
I suggest you call a local marina and ask them if they know anyone that makes boat covers. Somebody is making custom canvas covers for boats in your area and that is the person who you want to make you a cover.

Del made one for my Champion. It was still good after 14 years when I traded the boat.
My z21 cover fits with everything on it it's tight but fits fine
