    How's everyone's fall fishing going???

Mines been pretty dismal. Fished today, at a small lake I've done well on in the past(Lake Alice/Waterport pond). First time there this year. Water temp was 55-58. We got 3 in the boat, only one keeper. Last time out at Conesus, skunked for the first time this year. I had an outstanding spring, and summer. Probably caught 10 bass the last four times out.

Pretty bad here too. Fished sandy pond in late September and caught 3, Beginning of October I was at 4th lake in Inlet and caught 4, then last weekend I went to my favorite car top only lake in the adirondacks and caught 2..

Hope to have a free day this coming week. May take a trip to Philpot in VA, supposedly best Walleye lake in VA and supposed to be the time of year to get them, never caught one that I can recall, but seems I can drift big night crawlers with spinner rigs across some points and see what happens.

Kinda scouting out a vacation property somewhere.
Needs nearby fishing, and direct property to horse trails, and not zoned against keeping a couple horses on it for a few days at a time.

No going as planned. Had to cancel my st Lawrence trip for health reason. USPS is really getting busy. So I might get out a few more times. Not happy. I did get a great deal on a rod on ebay. Old all star, like new, great price.

I was actually thinking of going to the Hudson next day off. Get works and live bait, fish for catfish.

    Probably this:

    From Crown City Bassmasters

Open Megabucks Tournament Saturday October 17 on Onondaga Lake & part of the river, team format.

Megabucks means there will be a rotation of holes, 1 hour per hole.

Please text or call Luke M. (315xxxxxx) if you will be attending with your names to register, Luke will need to finalize the number of teams to determine the number of holes prior to Saturday.

This will be a winner take all event, $100 per team, and 20% will go to Crown City Bassmasters to support the 6 man team.

Spread the word! Hope you can make it! And please share!
