You can just make one with 3d printer. I have the files from mine if you need them. not sure the size you need though. Here is a link to the post I did for mine

Not sure why only one picture showed. On the post there are three so you can see the finished install as well as the old plate.
Ask for Angelica at C and O. She helped me get two panels a couple months ago for my 99 TR 21.
