What numbers are people seeing with 920 Elites? What prop? I am not seeing the same speeds I did with my ProXP.

What prop and speed are you getting? I have currently have a 920 elite on order
24P fury. Turning 5900+ RPM and struggling to hit 70. My proxp with same prop was mid to high 70s. Have talked to several other people with same issue. Was told to try 23P
Sounds like engine is a little high. Does it lift good?
I am having the same problem. Lifts good but I can not get the rpms. I am getting 5650 running 69-70 that’s it.
24 fury 3 blade
Have you had someone check to make sure you're getting 100% throttle?
Are you getting your rpm from Smartcraft or analog? When I added Smartcraft to my boat I found out my tach was reading 150–200 rpms high. If it’s really turning 5900+ and your struggling to hit 70 then your getting a lot of slip at the prop. Im getting 75+ at 5900 with a 24 Fury (stock). Maybe your prop is a little off.
2019 Phoenix 919 Pro XP - Mercury 225 Pro XS V8
Something is definitely not right you should be mid 70's easy. I'm at 77 with a fury 24 three blade and 74 with a fury 24 four blade.
Mine is 5650 with smart craft as well but hitting 69-70.
Not the same boat but for what its worth I have a 20PHX with Merc250 4S. I had a 24 Fury 3 and could get to low 70's at about 5900 RPM's. Boat felt sluggish and hole shot was moderate. Switched to a 23 and the boat came alive with hole shot and mid range. About same top end at 71-72 with 6200 RPM's. Most are running the 24 that seemed to be the stock prop from Mercury for Phoenix's. Now I hear some boats with the 4S are coming standard with a 23. I also run a 25 Bravo 1 XS as a backup. Good solid prop that really hooks the boat up in rough water. Problem it likes to run and harder to run the boat at lower speeds without some porpoise. When I picked my boat up I made sure the throttle linkage was checked for full throttle. Dealer needs to put it on the machine to check
The 24’s are known to be off out of the box. I’d get the prop looked at by Croxton. I’m running a 23 at 6150 pushing 75 on a 20PHX.
@5800 got to 72. This wasn't "tourny load" though. Gonna try a 23P.
Theres been lots of boats that have had to go back to get the hot foot and throttle adjusted so they get 100% wot and go back to idle correctly. May be worth looking in to
