FWIW, neighbor fella said he's hit 76mph lightly loaded on his new 920 Elite 250 ProXS, 72-73mph loaded w/2 people. Pretty sure he said he was running a 25 Fury.
That's why I'm lurking in the Phoenix forum lol. That boat is a pretty SOB and I'm jelly. Comparing them to the Caymas CX21 at the moment.
Our demo 921 Elite is running a 24p fury at 5900, 73 mph with 2 people and med/hvy tournament load. was only hitting 69/70 with people with Hydraulic plate ran high as we did with the PHX21. Lowered the plate to 13 and the boat pick up 3/4 mph.
920 elite 25 fury 3 blade 12 ok inch atlas lithiums 5950 running 78 livewells empty 76 wells full not sure why but I did pick up a few hundred rpm after I got some hrs on the motor
I’m getting 74avg on a 23p Fury 3. Gauge says I’m turning like 6400 but vesselview shows me 6-6120wot. Fastest I’ve had it is 76.5 going with tide turning 6170. Atlas I’m usually around 13-14 on the gauge(4” on tape). 12-13 in light chop.
edit I ran the 24p hole shot sucked once I fill the wells.

My RPM's are slightly less and other settings are similar to previous post with a 23P Fury on my 20 PHX with my speed being about 71.5 with a light load. However, when I took the boat in to get a heading sensor added they checked the throttle setting and it was 98% so they adjusted to 100%. Hoping this adds a little but have not had the boat out yet.
Sounds like 25P is averaging the best performance
