    Raptor bluetooth issue

    New 2021 Vexus VX20 with 3 Solix 12s & 2 8' Raptors

    The Solix controls work the Raptors fine Up/Down No problems
    I can pair the hand held remote & my phone & the raptors will only go up not down
    I can deploy with the Solix & use my phone or the remotes & they will go up.

    The remotes have worked in the past

    I clear the remote & repair & the same thing.

    Any ideas on what I am doing wrong???

    You double tapping the remote for down? It's designed that way so they don't accidentally deploy if you sat on the remote.

    Take your phone and download the Raptor app. Then pair with the raptor. Their should be an update available for the Raptor. download the update. See if that fixes the problem.
