Wanting to replace my winch with a 2 speed, heavier duty winch. Anyone happy with their upgrade ?

I Think the 2 speed is bigger in size and could be a tight fit. I have the f2 and it’s a big improvement

I've got a 2 speed Fulton and I really like it. The second speed lets me winch that last foot with one hand even when I'm in an awkward position. And I'm not that young also! But like it was said, it's big. I had to drill 2 new holes to make it fit but it was tight. I have a bigger boat and trailer than yours ( 4 wheels ). Check carefully for the size before buying.

Remove original and replaced with Fulton......no modification necessary.
