I have a 96 cobra with a weak transom that I am going to pull motor off of and put on another boat. I’ll be taking trolling motor and graphs off of it. Would anyone be interested in the rest of the boat. It is in good shape except for transom

Please let me know if you parts it out, especially if it is a 201 with front platform extension that has storage.
What type of front seat post does it have?

Aren’t those transoms part composite and part wood? Braced well too.
