    Doesn't the cotter pin hold the castle nut in place where it was tighten and are you saying that that castle nut is to be tightened to 150lbs?

    I guess there has been an issue with the torsion arm bolts as BassCat is recommending changing these bolts from the grade 5 bolts supplied by Dexter UFP to grade 8 bolts. Grade 5 has 3 hash marks on the top and grade 8 has 6. I just replaced
    mine and yes, the torque on these is 150 ft lbs.
