    Maybe the ammo shortage is starting to cycle through

    I walked in to the local bass pro at 10:15 this morning and they had 12 boxes 115 fmj 9 mm aguila for 13.99 a box . 5 box limit. I bought 5, I know during normal times that isn’t a good price. But being how times are now, i was glad to get it.

    I sure hope the unthinkable does not happen in a few weeks. We will not be able to get ammo or primers in a long time if it does.

    Black powder season is coming and I finally upgraded the Hawkins to an inline I can unload without shooting. Then kinda panicked because I needed 209 primers. My LGS had some , and also a couple boxes of large rifle but that was it.
    Fortunately I did a full hazmat order of large pistol primers before all this mess started as I am getting into bowling pins and 45 ACP, after couple decades of 9 and 40. I also have lots of 1 off lbs of powders I tried over the years chasing grail loads. All of which will work fine in 45.
