I found the oil level screw for the lower unit but there is no drain or fill screw in the bottom portion of the lower unit that I can see. Where is it or does it have one?
I found the oil level screw for the lower unit but there is no drain or fill screw in the bottom portion of the lower unit that I can see. Where is it or does it have one?
You have to remove the Water Inlet Covers (13 & 14). I think it takes a 4mm Allen wrench. The screw to the covers is captive, so don't expect it to come out.

The drain plug (8) is on the starboard side.
