    Looks man-made like a huge crate or block but hard to say from the image. Maybe someone familiar with the area might know.

    From the image numbers it is at least 12' wide
    If you had lined distances visable you could get an accurate size of it.

    I'd try to scan closer to it with full screen SI and about 1/2 that range.

    If I had to guess I think it is a pallet with brush on top and it landed on its side rather than the pallet flat on the bottom.

    See a lot of those type of structures around here and every once in awhile see one like the screenshot.
