    HPDI Trim Tilt Pivot

I have a 2006 225 HP that I have a problem with the pivot on the trim I've changed the Bushings about 2 month ago but still has a lot of wobble does any one make a better bushing than the plastic OEM'S. Those are so cheap made or is the only fix to change the whole housing ?

There used to be some brass options available, but those are not made anymore. The plastic are the only option. Are the holes worn so the bushings won’t fit tight? The plastic should last for years like they did when new unless the holes are worn.

Yes The holes are worn and I Just bought the Boat a year ago and still in the process of going through everything. The next time I do them I'm going to Completely rebuild the hold Unit and maybe try to get a machine Shop to make some. Thanks for getting back to me.
