18 RPMS
For a beginner ,,, Guys , I have a 12rpm dryer motor set up to be used both as dryer and for epoxy application ... Would 12 RPMS be to slow for a home made epoxy mixer?? Would 18rpms be to fast as a dryer... Thanks ,,, Mychael

It works fine. You have all the patience in the world and a steady hand to apply epoxy at 12 rpms. We do it at 150rpms.

I had the 9 rpm model first but I bought the 18 rpm one and like it much better for putting on epoxy, it will be fine for a mixer also

I started out a long time ago with 9RPM. Takes a while. I use 18 now and it's fine. Takes maybe 10 mins to do a rod.
