    Gatorbak

Might be an off the wall question but what do you guys think about putting Gatorbak coverings on your trailer bunks? I have my new SDC on order and was thinking about adding them to the new trailer bunks. I don’t think Bullets have much of a hull blister problem but I was thinking that it might not hurt to just add them anyway. What do you guys think? Any cons to doing it?

Any boat is subject to blisters. I had them as well as another Bullet around here I’m aware of. I put GatorBacks on my trailer.

I’m considering them and the lights. I think they look cool.

I am also considering this to get rid of the carpet. I've encapsulated the side boards and fender well covers in rhino liner, with excellent success. The only carpet left is the bunks.

I’ve had gatorbacks on mine since 2016 right after I got my boat with no complaints.

I had a bad experience with them on a Bass Cat I bought, they cut grooves in my gel coat. I have been told they have a new material that won't do that any more. So if enough people say they have them without issue, I may try them again.

They are defiantly not made to power load with....I never do. I opted to not get the lighted ones as I have red under trailer Bluewaters....

I don’t power load either. Lighting is something I want. Not sure which way I’ll go. Maybe get the Bluewaters.
