He has had his opportunity time to move on for the Texans.
He was done when he kicked a FG on 4th and 1 inside Chiefs 20 in last seasons playoffs. The Texans were rolling and were already up 21 to 0. He lost his team and should have been fired as soon as the game ended.

Yep, Hopkins was as close to one player carrying a team as you could get. Kind of like how Barry Sanders carried the Lions.
