Depending on what resort/hotel you're staying at there's awesome fishing in the resort lakes. Most are restricted to resort guests only and you can catch some monsters
We are staying at Surfside Inn at Universal Studios
A quick look on Google earth shows that hotel to be on a nice big lake
Look up shadow bay park right around the corner from Universal. There is a large pond designed for bank fishing.
