    My trip to the Chick

Hi guys, I’m towing my boat from NH. I should be there Oct 9- 20. I’ll be at the Cottonport Marina. Is there anyone who would show me around? Otherwise, any tips will be appreciated!

I can't leave anything stock, I can't leave well enough alone.
I need to customize everything. I think I can improve others
    designs, sometimes.

Follow the wrapped boats. There’s a regional bfl oct 8-10 and bass elites the following week.

Do the lakes get beat up from big tournaments down there like they do in the North?

Elites are there October 16-19. As said above, BFL regional October 8-10.
With that being said, you should have a day or two of peace before the Elites arrive. With the fish in fall transition the fish are scattered, so not many will be sitting on ledges with 5 boats playing bumper cars. As you are at Cottonport, you are within 30 minutes or so of Watts Bar by road. I would suggest going there if the Chick traffic gets to be too much. And yes, the lake gets beat all to pieces. Enjoy your trip and be safe.
