    Flash for a 200 VMAX SHO

    One not familiar with flashing the ECU? Is that flashing the computer for more HP?
    Next if I took my boat I am looking at buying, which will have a new factory powerhead on it, a 2013 yam 200 VMax Sho, to Hydro Tech for a flashing what does that entail and cost.?
    Would you do it on a new zero hour powerhead or put some hours on it first?

    Flash is simply reprogramming the ECU. Yamaha builds one engine and controls HP with the ECU. You can mail/ship just the ECU to Hydrotec if you decide to flash.
