    SHO vs Tempest comparison

    I have a SHO 26 and have access to some Tempests. What pitch Tempest would be close to the SHO? I'm thinking a 27 but unsure. The Tempest will basically be my spare.

    I run a 27 tempest on my cat and does fine . Hole shot is great , mid range lift doesn’t kick in till 55 and top end is right on with other cats loaded upper 70s . Rpms are a little lower like 5850 to 5950

    I run a 27 on my 721. Holeshot is decent, top end for me is a easy 73 at about 5800-5900 rpms. The lift is perfect for this boat. I am ordering a 26p just cause I think it will make it that much better.
