    I can't believe they are going to draw down much with the lack of water right now.

    Wow, glad to see some smaller lakes NOT on the list this year that always draw down. Some of those places are already at or near their winter levels, I think it would be silly to bother drawing them down any further right now if they're still slightly above their winter levels.
