Problem with the beam

the left beam image does not work. If I change the device, the left beam works.
What can I do ?

If you used the same transducer with another similar unit and got the same results, the left side imaging crystal in the transducer is most likely bad. The left or right imaging crystals can fail independently of each other.

I got the same device from a friend. The image works on his device. So my sensor is working and the problem is in my device. Returning to the default settings did not work.

Agreed, on the unit based on the new information of which device was changed. Sorry, it was a 50/50 choice on what "device" was and obviously picked the wrong device...LOL
