    Newton plant closing

    Newton power plant is scheduled to close by 2027 at the latest. Economic conditions or conversion to a solar/battery facility could close it earlier. Sucks

    They don't run power much anymore any way. But the hayday is probably coming to an end. It will always be a good lake
    Maybe cut down on some of the pressure. I have noticed getting a lot more black moss when bottom fishing .still my favorite lake

    I used to go to Dale Hollow twice a month in the winter for smallies. I may get out my float n fly tackle and put the Motorhome in the wind
