    Washers please, it's so simple.

2nd Nitro with fiberglass fenders I've owned and same issue for friends that own them dating back to the original Z line. All they need to do is add a washer. A bolt on raw wood wears into the wood in short making everything loose as pictured. Simply adding a washer resolves this. How has this simple cheap thing not been addressed in the last 10 years? Not a deal breaker but common.

Had the same issue on my 08' Triton fenders. Repaired the same way too.

Could you tell me where this is so i can fix it now before i have an issue? Is this on the underside of the fender and bolt to the frame of the trailer? I have a 2019 Z19.
    Thank you

Here is my solution... haha doesn't look the best but when there is snow and ice on the steps the bolt acts like traction. E2F6F3D2-AE9F-4A39-B079-AC2D12813156.jpeg

5 bolts under the 3 rubber mat steps on the fender. 2 front 2 rear 1 center.

You can see them in my picture, or lay underneath the fender and see the bolts.

I do have fiberglass fenders. Thank you for the explanation i will be looking at them. Is there a washer that is best to use or just make sure the washer is stainless?

A stainless "fender" washer, you may as well but stainless bolts too since chances are the Philips head screw is rusty

Mine pulled through and then the nuts were seized so had to saw them off and then add the large washers and reapply adhesive to the pads. Number 1 my fenders do not move much at all anymore and number 2 so much less trailer noise when fenders aren't bouncing.
