    Ionic batteries

Thinking of taking the plunge. Those who have done it are you pleased with the results?

Have 2 100ah for trolling motor and 1 100ah for house battery with the Ionic charger. Nice not having to charge after every trip. Very satisfied.

Another one here that just recently bought some troller Iconic batteries from Drew.........if its in your plan, go for it.....happy with my purchase.....i got the 50ah, which works the way i fish....i can make at least 2 trips before charging.....just fished my last club tx a few weekends ago with 10-15 mph winds......stayed on the pedal and got home with about 58% left on batteries.....if that would have been my old regualr batteries, they would pretty much be dead........the other best thing about the batteries is checking the battery percentage on bluetooth app.....

    Very pleased with mine......

He still has his AGM for cranking but took out 150lb in batteries and 20lb in the charger. I think we weighed the 31 size 100ah iconic at 27-28 lbs

I recently (about 6 weeks ago) bought 3 12V 50ah batteries from Drew. Using them on a 36V Ultrex and I am very happy with the Ionic's, really like the bluetooth app feature. I've fished with them 4 times so far, will use them a lot more in the next two weeks, but lowest I have been down to is 83% with about 7-8 hours of fishing using spot lock with the windiest day being 10-12 mph, no river current. I have a Bass Cat and it greatly improved my hole shot, running a Mercury 2 stroke so I am sure it's less of an issue for those with 4 strokes.

Hole shot gets way better. The boat takes off with full live wells now like it did with empty ones and lead acid batteries

Easy....not sure of your setup but take pics with your phone or sketch it on paper so when you remove the existing batteries you have something to look back at if not sure.
