Solix bug issue with maps?

So the lakes I fish I use Humminbird Select Charts. Fished a lake this weekend that I didn't have a chart for, but fished it previously and marked several waypoints. Get there this weekend and none of my waypoints were showing on the map. I could create a waypoint and would show for a second then disappear. Switched the base charts and waypoints would appeared. Is this by design or a bug?

I for one have not seen this

I purchased a newer version of the chart select chart I had been using and all my waypoints continue to show up

With that said you are the third person in the past couple months I seen post with this very same issue
