What batteries and trolling motor would have came with my boat when it was new, it's a 1995 model? The way the original trolling motor wiring was ran up both sides of the boat makes me think that it came with two 12 volt batteries and possibly a 12/24 trolling motor.
More than likely 12/24 omc. It was the best u til they shut them down..
You could even see over it at high speeds.

That is what is was thinking. And a starting battery and 12 volt trolling battery with the starting battery used for the 24 volt part of the troller. I have ran like that for years in my two previous boats without any issues. The guy that built my motor said not to do it that way for some reason I can't remember. But I'm really considering going back that way for the weight savings and I like 1st speed in 12 volt because its so much slower.
