Did you follow the instructions step by step? It should go dark then reboot on it's own. Bob

if for some reason the update got interrupted, it may have scrambled its brain... send it to HB and let them take a look.... or (typical I.T. response) un plug it, wait 5 mins, and then try again
Unplug, remove any sd cards, then try to power it back up. It should power up, but if not, then HB is the only way to get it to work
It started. I think it crashed when I was pushing an update. All good now. Thanks all
