I don't have a problem with them not having stuff in stock- they should just tell you, even if it is after you order. That's just common courtesy.

Rather than calling them or sending an email to them, complain on BBC. No sense in giving them a chance to make it right.

I had the same thing happen 17 years ago with Zoom Trick Worms and certain color Brush Hogs at Bass Pro and another supplier.

They shipped them a little while later no big deal not worth bashing a good company like TW. What did you expect when ordering a hot bait that all of a sudden everybody wants?

I was in Praire de Chein, WI on business back before I retired. There was a Cabelas and a distribution center there.

Couldn't find what I was looking for so an associate got on the computer and said it says we have 8 bags in the warehouse. He showed up with them 10 minutes later. Somebody ordering them on the computer during that 10 minutes could have ended up disappointed just like you did.

Im not bashing them at all. Just voicing my frustration.
