Anyone have a DC reel supertuned?

Once my fishing season is over I'm going to be sending some reels to The Tackle Trap to be cleaned and possibly supertuned. Two of the reels are Curado DC's. I asked Gary if the DC reels can be supertuned and he said they can. My question is, has anyone here had this done, and if so was there a noticeable difference in performance?

I do it for those who insist, but advantage is minimal. Cleaning yes though.

Thanks for your honesty. Those reels I will just have cleaned and lubed then.

I upgraded the bearings years ago and saw little to no improvement. Polishing the internals on the mid-range, SLX and Curado, may make them marginally smoother. I don't think there's any benefit to super tuning the high end models.
