That is awesome. I will definitely have to try fishing spoons. I have watched vids of the TacticalBassin team fishing spoons with great success. I will definitely have to add to my arsenal next fall. I had to call it a season, as my trolling motor failed me (Ulterra) and I have to take it to a repair center that seems to be really backed up, so I have no hope of getting it back before its just too cold to hit the water again. My last trip out, trying to drift fish and use an anchor (how primitive) I caught two really dinky largemouths and damn near froze to death. So I took that as my sign it is time to call it a season. If I had my trolling motor, I would keep fishing until the water froze over... I feel like I missed a great time of year to chase smallmouth in my region and now I have to wait another year for the opportunity to do it again...Originally Posted by Murph44
