    Lss-1 vs structure scan HD??

    What's the difference in the 2? I have the lss-1...

    Better range on sidescan with the LSS 2 HD but clearer Downscan with the LSS1. The HD is also much longer. The generational order of Lowrance sidescan is:
    LSS 1
    LSS 2 HD
    StructureScan 3D

    This doesn’t count TotalScan or AI 3 in 1 transducers

    Best thing about the lss1 is that it’s 4” shorter than the lss2, makes it easier to mount.
