'94 Mercury 60/45 jet oil injection part question

I have a '94 Mercury 60/45 jet outboard that was leaking a bunch of oil around the head. I was able to find that the small clear hose between the oil pump and the check valve on the fuel line had broken into two pieces. It was lined up enough that the motor was still getting some oil, but it was also flowing out around the motor.

Does anyone know what size, ID/OD and what material this hose is made of? It's between 1.25" and 1.5" long. The OD looks smaller than 3/8", but might be 3/8".
