    What is the hub kit needed to put a mercury prop on a 250 SHO?

    8M0075402. You will need solid plugs to plug all vent holes.

    The above part is correct and has the parts to work with the 2 piece thrust washer. If you for some reason do not have the 2 piece you can also use part number 835271Q 2 and it will come with a replacement for the original one piece thrust washer

    I run either one of these with the forward support bushing. Just shim the castle nut with the correct washer in order to use the cotter pin.
