G2N question

I'm looking at buying a Helix 12 G2N si unit. My question is are all G2N si units mega?

No all of them are not. They were discontinued almost two years ago, except for the HW CHIRP Promo unit.
The HW SI Promo unit came out for the 2019 Black Friday sales only for the H10 and H12.
MEGA is the 1.2 MKz for IMAGING

Helix 12 CHIRP GPS G2N is not since it doesn't have Imaging.
Helix 12 CHIRP DI GPS G2N does not have the MEGA Imaging frequency
Helix 12 CHIRP MDI GPS G2N does have MEGA Down Imaging and HW CHIRP
Helix 12 CHIRP HW MSI GPS G2N does have MEGA Down Imaging, MEGA Side Imaging and HW CHIRP---it is the HW CHIRP Promo unit
Helix 12 CHIRP MSI GPS G2N does have MEGA Down Imaging, and MEGA Side Imaging

Thanks wayne. It is supposed to be a Helix 12 Chirp MSI GPS G2N unit. It Doesn't say Mega Si at startup.

The model name has MSI, that stands for MEGA Side Imaging

That is correct for the SI model G2N. That is the first year of the Helix MEGA SI units.

This is a picture of the HW CHIRP Promo model in the 10 size that someone sent me. The 12 is the same.



The picture you have shows the unit was made on Feburary 1, 2018 which is the last production year.
