Ouch! Call Weidas Marine in northern KY and have them price one for you. They will give you an accurate price. And they will work out delivery even all the way out in California.

That is close the same price "out the door" I was quoted in January for a 2020 21 PHX - with almost the same setup (motor, JP+gauge+dual trim, PPs, 2-HDS 12s, Ultrex) - but also included 2nd console, middle seat (in addition to box/step), Warrior Wheels, Shocks and a second spare tire. I thought XPs were a little less cheaper - but I guess not.

I live in Nor Cal as well. I checked out so many dealers. Made a whole excel sheet of prices in different states. I was this close to drive across the country to pick up my bird. I did the math on how much it would cost me to drive there and back, all the time i'd loose and all the anxiety I'd get from leaving it parked outside overnight in some random stop... I remember there was practically no price difference which made the drive not worth it.
I got my 19PHX last august at lastchanceperformance marine. Great folks. They were also willing to drive up my way.

I checked with the folks up at limitoutmarine in Washington as well. Super friendly and very knowledgeable but I decided to stay in-state because of taxes and registration and the drive was shorter.

Honestly, that sounds right for a 21 footer with blades, two 12 lives and atlas JP. If you look at ranger, basscat or triton they're all up there with ranger being in pole position.
I think, best way to save here is to buy used...

OTD price is going to vary greatly from state to state, here it varies from city to city. You need to get a price on the boat without taxes and registration to shop around effectively.

Yea looks like the OP edited the post. 90k sounds like what we're seeing for a decent packaged 21 footer out here. Although the PHX might go for bit more.

I think what kcinnick said is dead on. Compare the numbers before taxes and reg to get an idea on how the prices vary across country.
