20XD with Yamaha SHO

Anybody running a 20 xd with a SHO 250 that’s been flashed? If so what numbers you seeing loaded and empty? Thanks for feedback.

Not running a 20xd but have a flashed sho , you will be very happy with the sho! The hole shot is amazing with that motor.

I’m running a 21xrd with a Yamaha sho it’s bin flashed and has hydrotec lower unit mods I’m running low 90s loaded to fish in the summer haven’t had much testing in it hopefully better numbers to come.

Is that 2 guys full tank of gas? or solo? I'm debating selling my 20XD and getting a 21XRS with a SHO. If i can still get 90 loaded to fish id be happy.

hyperflow I’m sure it would still run 90s if I had lithium batteries and had it set up for running with a partner, right now I have all 3 lead acid batteries on one side. Don’t know if the xrs would have the same results.

Getting 90 solo no live well water I would say is possible , I doubt two guys 90 period. I never got around to more prop testing this year but I feel 90 is in reach I won't push it till I get the lower unit done by hydrotec . I can tell you the hole shot and mid is Fantastic , my bud has a 20xd/200xs we lined up out of the hole I pulled away right out of the hole was not close. I know he doesn't have big power but it's a much lighter set up. The SHO is a beast and easy to prop.

97 21 Xd 2017 Yamaha 250 SHO Hydrotech flash running a 29 bravo FS fully loaded two dogs and the wife 84.5 miles an hour incredible hole shot incredibly low fuel consumption love it. I think I need to trim it more if they’re getting 90 LOL

My Ranger runs 85mph. Behind my truck running down the interstate. Lol.

The first time I ran Cherokee Lake I was running about 45mph when I saw a rock pile sticking up out of the water. That lake can be really dangerous if you don't know it.
