Nothing major, just a few cosmetic changes.

Didn't the new console design come out for the 2020 model? I think the newer console looks much better. Also, the 2021 will have a center storage box (between the seats). Those are the two biggest changes that I can think of.

One more thing, make sure the 2019 can accommodate the larger foot pedal of an Ultrex. They changed the design at some point but I'm not sure when it was.

Console didn't change between '20-'21 and the center storage was an option on all Z series boats in 2020.

The foot pedal thing went away with the Z7/8/9 series.

I thought I read somewhere the driver and passenger seats sit lower in the 2020 and newer. But, you may want to verify.

They did move the seats an inch lower, but I don't believe the consoles changed any.

I ordered my 2019 Z19 with a box between the seats, the new one are fiberglass i think now. I liked the windshields of the 2019 more than the 2020 and newer.

Here is a link to the current 2021 Nitro Z19 page. https://www.nitro.com/2021-z-series/z19.html If you look through the Specs and Highlights some items are identified as "NEW". I think some of those may have come about in 2020. I know the between seat storage box became standard vs optional in 2021. I think the slanted front panel at the bow came around in earlier years. I am not sure when the through the top access from under the windshield to the driver console changed, but wow what a great idea that is. No more laying on your back to get to fuses, wiring or mount graphs. 2021 now has a 10" jackplate vs 8" in earlier years and it says there have been hull improvements too. I have my 2021 on order, scheduled to come out of production on September 24th. One other option that I think is new is to replace the passenger compartment carpet with "cockpit traction pad." I asked to have that added to mine after I ordered it. Hope I get it.

I'd go 2019 as the dealer is probably wanting to move it to save you some $$$.

I am interested in Z19. However, I noticed the Z19 with the Pro package is no longer offered on the website. Does anybody know if the 2021 Z19 with the Pro package will be available?

They are probably waiting on pricing and/or finalizing the Pro package for the Z19. They have been gradually adding them, a month ago or so, the Z20/21 Pro packages were not listed yet either. The Z21 Elite isn't listed yet either.

I was able to order a 2021 Z19 Pro. I ordered it on July 30th, it just came off the production line last Thursday September 24th. Current status is "Load Planned." Looking forward to learning the ETA to Rocklin, CA soon. I'm a little excited! :-)
