2008 Triton explorer 17 foot with 90 Mercury

I want to replace the gas line from the tank back, but don't know how to access the gas tank connection. Could somebody give me some advice on how to get to it?
Second question, does the built in Lowrence on the dash have a transducer that is epoxied to the hull underneath? It didn't come with a transducer and it wasn't hooked up so I'm not sure.

If there is a glassed in transducer it should be visible from the bilge area. If you can't see one in the bilge do you see where one was removed from the transom and patched? It surely had one hooked to it at some point.
