    Snowflake - 30 Billion valuation???

I know the tech sector strength has lifted the price of the Snowflake IPO. But, it is still hard to understand a company with 242 million in revenue in 1st half of the year, can be worth over 30 Billion.

I know Buffett and others are purchasing at much lower valuation, but hard to think a regular investor can come out ahead at $120/share.

Gonna open over $200. I wouldn't buy it with some else's money

Snowflake is the perfect example of why the SPAC process is gaining popularity. With the IPO process the average Joe investor gets to buy a stock after the big boys get to run up price astronomically. With a SPAC, the average Joe gets to buy shares at the bottom. You bet on a strong management team to find a good acquisition target with little risk.

If it opens over $200, I think that ups the valuation over $50Billion.

They don’t even really own anything other than software code and knowledge. Most Cloud services are being done by Amazon and players like that.

Your insight on normal IPO vs SPAC is good. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
