Picked up the Charger at the storage lot on Monday night and stopped and filled the Pilot and the boat with gas. Picked up Gary at 4:30 on Tuesday morning and headed toward Shell Knob. When we got to Campbell Point it was still black dark. The lake was still way high so the water was way up into the flat parking lot and the courtesy dock was torn up and closed. We turned around and headed toward the Shell Knob bridge but at the last second decided to try Big Bay. It was shimmering dawn by the time we got there and we could see that the corp had mad some repairs to the ramp so we went ahead and launched there.... it was perfect. We fished for about an hour without a bite then finally started picking up a few dinks. Then Gary caught a beast of a small mouth and that was it.... Nothing but dinkers the rest of the day. We still had a ball though...
