Awesome 4 man scramble!

Enjoyed a 4 man scramble yesterday in a field so large it had a morning flight and afternoon flight.
We played in the afternoon flight with a team of 2 seniors (self included) one 54 year old and his 16 year old son.
Shot 15 under, 55 on a par 70 course. 13 birdies and one eagle. Everyone of us contributed throughout the round.
I have played in some scrambles before but never one like this!
To play by the Covid rules, there was no gathering before or after, but the app-based electronic scoring showed we were the winners!

Sounds like fun, always loved scrambles but there have been very few this year. I hope more take this approach.

Congrats on the win. FT Campbell has a scramble once a month on payday. At least it did during the pre-covid period. Scores are turned in then flights are determined. Usually there are 3 flights so plenty of chance to win a gift certificate. They give certificates to the low 2 scores on each flight. Closest to the pin on the par 3s will get you a shirt of your choosing. Cost is $30.00 for non members. It's a great way to play a round. Hopefully the course will get back to the payday scramble once covid is figured out.
