Remote Drain Plug

Who has installed a remote drain plug on a XB21 2 seater and where did you mount the dial? Would you do it the same? Same location?

Any advice appreciated!!!

I installed one and I would do it again and again and again. The actuator dial is right next to my right hip on that side panel. If I were to do it again I would probably mount it behind the drivers seat on that back panel. That way I wouldn't have to make the turn to put it on the side. I ran my cable under the livewell and up thru the pottie opening then behind the back wall ar0nd the corner to the side.

I did mine on the back next to the rigging sleeve...

And I would do it again and again too lol

next project. I've always left mine in 90% of the time. now we have the Z mussels scare and one of the states I fish will fine you if left plugged.

Such an easy project, and thrilled to never crawl under again. I took Craig’s advice and mounted the dial on the back wall behind the drivers seat and the cable runs in with just a slight bend.
