    Pickwick

May head down to Pickwick this weekend. Any current reports? Never fished it this time of year. I am assuming grass is a big player right now.

    Thanks

Pretty tough right now but, yes the grass is always a good bet. Might find some small schoolers in the creeks

No affect, other than maybe some dingy run-in from major creeks

Had a club tourney on Pickwick Sat/Sun. Tough fishing for decent size. Caught several shorts on chatterbaits and flukes around grass. A lot of baitfish but good fish not around them much. Did catch a 5 and a 3lb on a frog in practice! Winner fished rocky points in creeks with a crankbait and a ned rig. BTW Yellow Creek is busy as hell on a pretty Saturday, never seen so many boats this late in the fall!
