    Bad reeds=bad compression test?

    If the reeds were bad, would that produce a compression test that is low?

    Shouldn't no.

    I mean yeahhhh in theory you could possibly end up with a lesser fuel/air/oil mixture from the crankcase into the cylinder(s) that *might* show in the reading(s), but your compression is coming from above the ports.
