    Wiring the NexSysLink Speedometer?

I have the NexSysLink gauges on a 14 Puma, and Humminbird Solix with external GPS antenna. To wire the speedometer, do I need to connect the green wire from the GPS puck to terminal #8, connect the black wire to ground, then setup up the speedometer to read from GPS in the menu?

We thought it was an orange lead, though we suggest you contact Service and get the right code.

Pretty sure it is the orange wire. Since the Nexsys gauge only reads nmea0183, you need to verify the gps puck output is NMEA0183. Does not require the black to ground (shouldn't hurt). If the solix has the nmea0183 out wires, you could also run it to the gauge from the graph instead.
