Go Pro Pole Rear Seat Hole

anyone set something like this up? I've got a 2011 Z7 , I thought it'd be simple, got a piece of conduit that fit tight into the seat post but the post spins, so I bought a threaded post because I had read the Z7 hole has threads, well it doesn't so that spins as well.

Just need a solution to stop the pole from spinning, driving me nuts.

Both seats holes on my 2008 are threaded. When I bought the boat, the seat posts were rusted and probably hadnt been taken out of those holes in years. Took some serious effort but they are out now and i cleaned up as much of the rust as I possibly could. Rear one took a lot more effort than the front. What I noticed though is there is just a threaded nut right above the livewells. If you put your hand down below the deck, above the livewells, I am guessing that is the threaded cap. Make sure you have that, and if that had been removed thats maybe why you dont think you have threads. When I peeked down there, it looked like the end of a gas line cap, thats what it reminded me of anyways.
