Found a cut wire on main harness - Wire Identification assistance

Found two cut wires from previous owner on my 1995 Ragin; one black (likely ground) and a Yellow/Brown stripe. Found the Yellow/Brown under the dash but can't identify its purpose, any suggestions what this was supposed to be connected to?

    Thanks

It is my understanding that marine wire color coding is standardized across the industry. However, I do not know detIls of when this started or how it is enforced.
    Hopefully this will be helpful.

    Thumbs Up

Thanks Bill, with your provided color code listing I think it looks like it was wired from the factory this way. The Yellow/Brown wasn't used and the Brown/Orange control both Livewells instead of them being independent; with makes sense since I have one switch on the dash.

    Thanks again.
