Officially out of debt except for the house! This feels sooooo good!

Refinanced the house. Went from 30 year to 15 year note.....get this.....knocked off $94,000 of interest. This is unbelievable!
House payment went up a little over $200 a month.
By paying off the other 4 loans, (2005 F350 Crew, 2011 Caddy SRX, 2017 Ranger RT188, 2015 Cruze) it frees up almost $1,000.
So this leaves $800 a month (with $200 of the extra $1,000 going to the house payment) to build the 3 to 6 months of expenses account!
Of the vehicles we owed on we only kept the Cruze; we also have a 2004 Tahoe paid for, so we have transportation.

If anyone is remotely thinking about getting out of debt, or simply taking control of YOUR money, DO IT!

Dave Ramsey is a great program.

The biggest thing I see right now is that we never controlled our money.
We never got behind. We always had enough.
We just never had extra money, because we had to make payments, made them and was just broke each month after that.

I am truly wondering what it will be like when we get the 3 to 6 month expense account built up.
I mean, seriously, is there really going to be money to put towards paying off the house early!?!? Looks like it.

I am so glad we went down this path, this is truly amazing.
